CVO Credentialing System Help

Login Page

The login page presents the user with fields for entering their username and password. The user has the option of selecting a checkbox which indicates they are using a public computer. If the public computer is selected the session will time out sooner in order to provide a higher level of security. In order to log into the system, the user must select the 'Login' button.

The user has the option of performing the following actions from the login page:

Register as a Carrier

Selecting this link will take the user to a page where they must enter their personal information, business information, and their business address.

The user has the option of unchecking a box to indicate that their mailing address is not the same as their business address. Unchecking this box will display mailing address fields. The user also has the option of unchecking a box to indicate that their contact address is not the same as their business address. Unchecking this box will display contact address fields.

Once all required fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out, the user may select the 'Register' button. The user may then log in using the user name and password information they entered. Also available on this page is a 'Reset' button which will clear all fields and a 'Cancel' button which will return the user to the login page.

Register as a Service Bureau

Selecting this link will take the user to a page where they must enter their account information, business information, and their business address. The user has the option of de-selecting a checkbox to indicate that their mailing address is not the same as their business address. Un-checking this box will prompt the system to provide mailing address fields. The user also has the option of de-selecting a checkbox to indicate that their contact address is not the same as their business address. Un-checking this box will prompt the system to provide contact address fields.

Once all required fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out, the user may select the 'Register' button. Selecting this button will return the user to the login page. The user may then log in using the account information they entered. Also available on the register as a carrier page is a 'Reset' button which will clear all fields and a 'Cancel' button which will return the user to the login page.

Selecting this link will take the user to a page where they can enter their username in order to have their password emailed to the email address associated with their account.
